A highly respected Quantity Surveying Consultancy with a modern approach to cost consulting, are seeking an articulate and professional Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a Director in delivering several high profile, residential based projects across London and the Southeast - including private homes, large scale residential developments, modular homes, and later living.

Alongside supporting a Director with different elements of pre and post contract work, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will have their own projects to deliver from feasibility to completion.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
  • Residential project experience
  • Preferably from a Cost Management / Construction Consultancy practice
  • Pre and post cost management experience
  • Client facing - excellent people skills - professional
  • Comfortable delivering projects from inception to completion
