Job Title; Warehouse Administrator
Salary; £28,500 per annum - £13.70 per hour
Shift Pattern; Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Location; Oakham, Rutland
We’re seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our client on a temporary to permanent basis in Oakham. A renowned manufacturing company, they are seeking an individual with strong administration skills and experience within a Stores or Warehouse environment.

The Warehouse Administrator Role;
- Ensure the stock rotation of all parts with shelf life limitations
- Maintain effective stock control and liaising with purchasing and production team
- Maintain a high level of house-keeping and ensure all stock has part numbers
- Work closely with material handlers to improve and maintain smooth running of all areas
- Counting of goods received from supplies against delivery notes
- Check delivery notes against the relevant accounts - check delivered quantity VS order quantity in SAP and dealing with any discrepancies
- Booking in daily deliveries within a specific time frame
- Manage all paperwork and delivery notes
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth running of the warehouse
The Warehouse Administrator Candidate;
- Strong administration skills
- Reach/PPT Forklift licence
- Experience within Stores or Warehousing
- Able to work unsupervised
- SAP competent or relevant programs
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and multi-task
- Excellent attention to detail
