Job Details
Responsibility for management of both sales teams within the UK; working closely with Marketing, Training & Development, Technical and Administration Managers, supporting personnel focused management styles. Candidates need to have highly developed inter-personal skills with a proven track record in team development. Additionally, a good understanding of financial management and a background in sales and marketing, supported by a successful history of revenue generation and market growth. Ideally, the successful candidate should have management experience and be familiar with Animal Health and/or Human Health environments.
Professional qualifications preferred.
